Q: How many rolls do I need?

Q: Can you calculate wallpaper quantities for me?
Yes, absolutely!
For stairwells, complex or large areas, please send through your wall dimensions as well as the wallpaper product you want to sales@paradisepapers.au and we can calculate the amount of rolls for you.
Calculating the correct roll quantities is imperative as wallpaper is printed in batches and each batch will vary in colour and texture.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
We are excited to offer free shipping Australia wide for all our customers!

Q: Do you have a showroom?
No, in order to offer you the best possible prices, we are an online only store. 

Q: Can we purchase wallpaper samples?
Unfortunately we do not stock any wallpaper samples.
We recommend printing out a photo of the wallpaper from our website and holding it up against your wall in different lights to get an idea of what it will look like.

Q: Do I need a professional installer?
Due to the many variations of wallpaper, each type requires a certain technique of installation. We do recommend having a professional install your wallpaper for best results. 

Q: Do you offer installation services?
Unfortunately we do not offer installation services.
However, we do highly recommend Northern Wallpaper for installations in Cairns and FNQ. Please contact info@northernwallpaper.com.au for a quote.

Q: Do I need wallpaper adhesive?
Yes, you will require wallpaper paste. Although any clear wallpaper adhesive would be sufficient, for the best result, we recommend using Roman Pro-880 wallpaper adhesive.
If you are hiring a professional installer, they will come equipped with their own adhesive.

Q: What preparations are needed before installation?
The surface should be clean, dry and smooth/free of defects. Wallpaper will not cover any imperfections in the wall beneath. We recommend installing wallpaper over an acrylic undercoat.

Q: How do I care for my rolls of wallpaper?
Please lay your wallpaper roll/s flat, do not stand it on its end. The edge of the wallpaper roll is susceptible to damage and will result in a less than optimal finish with more obvious joins.

Q: How do I care for my wallpaper?
The majority of our products are wipeable. However, please see the label for care instructions.

Q: Do you accept returns?
Our wallpapers are custom ordered for you from our suppliers. We do not hold stock on hand due to wallpapers varying in colour from different batch numbers/dye lots. Custom ordering ensures consistencies in your wallpaper colouring. As a result, we cannot offer returns/exchanges for change of mind, over-ordering, ordering the incorrect product/s or for incorrect measurements.
Once an order is received, we cannot cancel or make changes to an order. 
We and our suppliers take extra care in packaging all items, if an item is faulty from mishandling in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not take responsibility or offer returns/refunds/exchanges for faults arising from incorrect installation. Please check your wallpaper for defects or faults prior to hanging, and thoroughly read and follow the hanging instructions on your wallpaper label.
